Off Plus Camera09 Festival of Independent Cinema

Zbigniew Preisner was chairman of the jury at the International Dramatic Competition for the Krakow Film Award. This competition was the most important part of the second edition of the Off Plus Camera09 Festival of Independent Cinema. Twelve dramatic feature films produced in 2008 and 2009 were selected by the Programming Board of the Festival and were competing for a prize of $100,000, which was presented to the winner by the President of the City of Krakow.
