Music for Thomas Vinterberg's new play

Das Begräbnis (The Funeral), the new play by Thomas Vinterberg and Mogens Rukov, was premiered to critical acclaim at the Burgtheater Vienna on 6th March 2010 and features a specially recorded score by Zbigniew Preisner. The play is a follow-up to Vinterberg's theatrical version of his film Festen and will be running in repertory at the Burgtheater during the 2010 and 2011 seasons.
